Meet Tracey Anderson

"I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of chronic illness and mental health struggles—and what it means to find your way back with the help of plant medicine.

I survived prescription cascade syndrome. I survived the silence, the shame, and the weight of invisible pain. Cannabis helped me return to myself.

- Tracey, Director of Operations

my cannabis journey

I grew up during the D.A.R.E. era—when cannabis was painted as a dangerous gateway to failure. I never imagined that one day, this very plant would help me reclaim my health, my power, and my purpose.

Diagnosis, Depression, & Discovery
When I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, I was scared. I tried the traditional route—prescription after prescription—but each one left me more disconnected. My body ached, my mind spiraled, and my spirit felt lost.

Alongside the physical pain came emotional and mental struggles I wasn’t prepared for—depression, anxiety, and an overwhelming sense of isolation. The silence surrounding mental health made it even harder to ask for help.

The Shift
I turned to cannabis with hesitation. But what I found was a path to physical relief, emotional clarity, and a powerful community that reminded me I wasn’t alone. Cannabis helped me reconnect—with myself, with others, and with the natural rhythms of life.

It’s Not Just About Getting High

It’s about getting aligned. Some of my favorite cannabis sessions are about more than relief—they’re about presence, purpose, and shared vision. Cannabis can create space for healing, creativity, and connection like nothing else.

Breaking the Stigma
The stigma around cannabis use remains strong—especially for people navigating mental health or chronic illness. Too many of us suffer in silence, afraid to speak openly about our struggles or seek out alternatives to traditional medicine. That has to change.  Mental health awareness should be part of every wellness conversation. We must normalize safe, informed cannabis use—not just for pain relief, but for emotional balance and mental well-being.

A Shoulder to Lean On

If I can help just one person feel less alone, more supported, and more in control of their healing—I’ve done what I came here to do.
